The Scout Association takes the issue of privacy very seriously and is committed to protecting and respecting our users’ privacy online. In turn Southend West Scouts aims to uphold this stance within the district and this Privacy Statement sets out our current data processing practices and should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions. swscouts.org.uk is a rescource for information only and has no ability to log in or register an account. We may track your IP at times of high load or suspicious activity to help enable the smooth running of this site. Log in options you may encounter on this site are redirects to the relivant service supplied by third parties and do not log into this site. These would be compass.scouts.org.uk and onlinescoutmanager.co.uk

We dont collect your data so we have no data we could share, not even a google analytics connection
We do not and will not support advertising within this site. if you see adverts appear whilst viewing these pages we’d suggest checking what browser plugins you have enabled

swscouts.org.uk will as part of it’s normal operation send out to information emails. Members can decide to ask for these emails via their account settings within compass.

We reserve the right to communicate a Member’s personal information as we hold to third parties who are empowered by regulation, statute or order of a court.
We have security measures in place to protect our database and access to this database is restricted. Actually this site has no database and only data visable via the public facing site is stored untill a weekly refresh
